The use of our website and any services rendered through Socar Consultant are governed by this privacy policy and your acceptance of the outlined terms, including any future amendments.
At Socar Consultant, we respect and prioritize your privacy. Our consultants collect specific information from prospective clients seeking immigration assistance under various programs. Information gathered through telephonic conversations or face-to-face interactions helps us meet your needs. We operate under a comprehensive data protection policy, ensuring that your personal information is secured at all levels.
Data Protection and Payment Security
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. All payments are processed by our payment processing agent. We do not retain any personal or credit card information except for the necessary payment details.
Any information, documents, or other forms provided by you to Socar Consultant will be kept strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party EXCEPT those required for the immigration process, such as government bodies, visa immigration departments, and case officers. We only collect your name, contact details, delivery details, and email address—all of which are kept strictly confidential.
Refund Policy
By using our services, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund if you choose to terminate your agreement with Socar Consultant or withdraw before your immigration or visa application is submitted.
Before making any purchase, customers must read and understand all our terms and conditions. Once the agreement is signed, Socar Consultant will not refund the amount, as all information and process details were explained in good faith according to existing rules and regulations of the relevant country.
The client may cancel or withhold their application at any stage without claiming a refund, even if it is the very next day after signing the contract. Refunds will not be issued under circumstances such as:
- The client providing misleading or fraudulent information in their application package.
- The client failing a medical examination.
- The client having a criminal record.
- The client not being proficient in the English language.
- The client’s inability to provide relevant documents as required (depending on the country and program applied for).
Additionally, no refund will be issued if the client is informed by the relevant immigration office that they do not qualify for the program applied for, except in cases outlined here: medical, security, misrepresentation, insufficient information, insufficient funds, lost points due to language proficiency, education qualifications (due to unaccredited, unrecognized, or false credentials), work experience (if the case officer is unsatisfied with the evidence provided), non-submission of complete or required documents within the stipulated time, or changes introduced by the relevant government office that retroactively affect the client’s case.
If a refund is granted, it is done so on special consideration, which is against Socar Consultant’s standard terms & conditions. The refund application will be processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of Socar Consultant’s legal team.
